Someone who was or is incarcerated IS eligible for Round 1, 2 and 3 stimulus payments
If someone has a Social Security Number, but their spouse does not, they ARE ELIGIBLE for Round 1, 2, and 3 payments (the spouse is NOT)

If someone does not have any income, they ARE ELIGIBLE for Round 1, 2, and 3
IF they provided more than half of their own financial support the previous year (and cannot be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s return)
How can you claim your stimulus payment now?
File a 2020 tax return and claim the Recovery Rebate Credit to get previous stimulus checks from Round 1 and 2
Round 3 stimulus payments will be issued automatically to individuals who:
- a) have filed a 2020 or 2019 return,
- b) successfully used the IRS Non-Filers Tool in 2020 to apply for the first-round payment, or
- c) receive a Federal benefit such as Social Security, SSI, SSDI, Railroad Retirement, or veterans benefits and who started receiving benefits before January 1, 2021.

Those who don't receive it this year who are eligible based on their 2021 situation can claim it when they file their 2021 tax return next year.
